      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment, great co-workers. Management are friendly, very professional and respectful. Depends on your project, for some you can work from home.

      Cons

      As a consultant, you may be sent to work on a bad project that there is no way to get out of it.

      Pros

      Good, positive company culture where the employees are listened to. Some good, generous staff benefits. OK office location and facilities.

      Cons

      Very conservative, risk averse organisation. Would rather accept inefficient work practices and processes than change anything. Salary on the low side when compared to competition. Senior Management has been their for ages so they have an unrealistically positive view of the companies culture. If you have been at DD for over 2 years, so are accepted, for the first 2 years your opinions and concerns are generally ignored.
