As a fresher I got into the best team. Where I got to explore, learn and work on many new technologies. Our Team lead and main developers exposed and encouraged both the freshers in our team including me. Team KT's are more in my project.

Cons

I find none. I worked for 1 and half year as a fresher here. Package is less for freshers. But the knowledge that I got from my seniors in my project is all worth to work there. Later that knowledge helped me to got placed for high package in different company.
