      Free food and pick and drop Great learning opportunities. Access to many moocs free Good salary

      Cons

      Middle management Very beaurocartic. My way or highway is the policy of some manager. Even HR support that. If you feel that you are being threatened for job, raise the concern to HR immediately. For me it's like an any other company. Employees do no talk, they don't know who is sitting beside them other than your team.
