- Great place to learn new skills as you get to work with the very best engineers - Many teams leading big ticket projects entirely from India, the fact that US office has better work is completely untrue - Great pay - The maximum number of leaves in any organization (paid paternity leave of 84 days!) - Free meals and shuttle services to make life comfortable - A lot of teams have opportunities to visit Santa Clara which provides for more learning
Cons
- While the basic pay is great, there are no bonuses / special awards / recognition during the year - Work life balance may not be great in some of the teams. - It's all about the work, there are very few recreational activities / events organized by HR and Commerzone Tech Park in Pune where the office is located doesn't have any facilities like gym / common food court. - Scope for growth may be limited depending on the team you work for
