      Pros

      Working in Nvidia is good as people have freedom whether it is work etc and each one is an Individual contributor. Work culture is good, which is the best reason for my > 5 years stay in this company.

      Cons

      You have to be vocal about the work you do and Pay is dependent upon the technology you work on and not the experience that you have.

      1) Quality of Work 2) Great opportunities while starting the career 3) Good work -> Greater visibility 4) Great Systems company to work for

      Cons

      1) Compensation Still not upto the mark in India at least. 2) No Process, Everything is Haywire 3) Company does great one quarter and down another quarter. 4) Still behaves like a start up after 20 years.
