      Good, challenging work. Keeps motivated. Good facilities. Feel free to take Work from home options. Ability to move across teams. No necessary in out times. No dress codes. Pure performance based hikes.

      Cons

      Might get hectic, ones own capacity to Work-life balance. Because of the option of working from home, you might be expected to take up meetings.

      Company has Flexibility in work. Open and good environment for work. There is no politics at work and the environment is decently Competative.

      Cons

      Demands very fast execution of work. Some times asked to achieve unrealistic dead lines. Dont have good verification platforms to work on.
