      Pros

      Great freedom to get things done, very collaborative and flat management structure. No ego's, everyone is here to get awesome things done. Very open about whats going on and where we are heading as an organization. CEO and managment is very focused and strategic.

      Cons

      HR Functions are very slow to change and behind the times in how process should work. In some cases to much red tape to take direct decisions, a little slow sometimes to get things done.
