Pros

Cutting Edge on Technology advancements Love the work Love the camaraderie in my team Proud of the work we do and the company RESPECT our CEO!

Cons

Bad recognition for your work in terms of compensation Internal politics and Favoritism Middle Managers are clueless. Not trained well for the job, they dont work smart. They work hard. Exisiting Employees who have worked for a long time are not given much importance, atleast in Pune. Focus not on employee retention Quantity work and presentations more imp to management than quality Processes and methods are not well set. New mistakes lead to new processes, but old mistakes and teachings are forgotten

Pros

Work life balance. Good benefits. Top of the notch technology. Competitive salaries. It is good to have all the above mentioned together.

Cons

I am not sure whether I can specifically say something here. It is a very good place to work as much as I know. Maybe salaries can be increased more on the review.
