      Pros

      very dynamic, start up culture style, creative ideas, cafeteria is ok. cool products, good firm reputation, work life balance, etc.

      Cons

      too dynamic, does not have good documentation, lack of training, org changes too much and too fast. poor financial performance recent 3 years.

      NVIDIA has good products and lots of challenging work. Things move fast and you are always on the edge of technology.

      Cons

      In general, the company has poor work-life balance. Products are scheduled assuming best-case operation, and depend on long hours to make up the difference when things inevitably slip.
