      Pros

      The definite pros is the opportunity to work with smartest people, the company's business is diverse so there is no lack of interesting stuff happening at any given time.

      Cons

      The compensation is seriously behind, and there is little effort to motivate talented engineers. In addition to poor career growth opportunities this makes NVIDIA a place where you shouldn't over commit yourself.

      1) Quality of Work 2) Great opportunities while starting the career 3) Good work -> Greater visibility 4) Great Systems company to work for

      Cons

      1) Compensation Still not upto the mark in India at least. 2) No Process, Everything is Haywire 3) Company does great one quarter and down another quarter. 4) Still behaves like a start up after 20 years.
