      Company takes care of employees very well, although some teams can work really hard.

      Cons

      Internal software is really bad. Teams do not follow common best practices and managers in software orgs often make really poor technical decisions.

      Nvidia is awesome place to work at, they're so accommodating for employees, they trust and empower the employees to work and still have a personal life. because it's not micromanaging like some companies, it's actually very motivating to want to work even more.
