      Pros

      The community is welcoming, the way NV operates cannot be compared to a "traditional" company. People are treated as equal, you can walk up to anybody and talk to them, without feeling bad. nobody wants to avoid work, everybody works towards the same goal. Your work is appreciated no matter the scale of it.

      The fact NV operates differently from "traditional" companies are something to get used to.
