      - Restricted Stock Units - Competitive base salary - Good colleagues coming from Intel/Mobileye/Rafael... and other tech companies around the north district.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - working till late hours on site without public transportation home. - Poor public transportation to the site. - Lacks the structure of strong company - no facilities for the welfare of the employees (it is an acquired startup). - Lacking Methodology and quality of the validation process - everything is rushed to be released. - No car leasing. - No Cibus.
