      1. Only 1 or 2 sync-up meetings per week or on need basis 2. More ownership and flexibility in implementing individuals ideas on review 3. No micromanagement 4. Flattened hierarchy, ideas brainstorming with team. 5. More space for growth being exposed to multiple ongoing projects.
