Pros

A lot of remote work options with a flexible schedule. Decent office in Warsaw as well.

Cons

I often had evening meetings with the US. Trying to reduce the amount of evening meetings was sometimes seen as laziness or avoiding work. That depends on the team, of course.

1. Company really cares about the well-being of their employees. Nvidia offers flexible choices of working environment (WFH or office). 2. Very competitive compensation and many benefit programs. 3. Opportunity for internal transfer - doing something fits yours and company's interests 4. Really take employee feedback from regular internal surveys

Cons

1. Report structures are sometimes confusing, but that's by design. 2. Sometimes feel like you're working in a start-up environment, but you'll learn more by doing many different things.
