I joined Nvidia 3 months ago and the stock price declined 30% due to bear market. Jensen and my manager decided to compensate us back by granting new RSU which is amazing! Never see a company like this! Not only having good compensation, we are also very flexible for work and management cares about their employees! I am so glad that I chose Nvidia
