I left here many years ago and recently returned. The leadership are clear in our goals, quick to adapt to new information, and give individuals a lot of responsibility and latitude to make good decisions. Beautiful buildings and workplace. Flexible hours.

Cons

Being a global company there are often meetings at weird hours, but you can also leave mid-day and no one cares, as long as you get your work done.

Fantastic team, topics and projects, which are all state-of-the-art. CEO and leadership are ethical, competent, respectful, appreciative. Generous WFH policies. Flat hierarchies, team spirit.

Cons

Employees are encouraged to not work overtime and take ample PTO to recover. Realistically though, the workload, topic complexities and deadlines often require going overtime.
