      NVIDIA has a great outlook and also has an extremely WFH culture

      Pros

      NVIDIA still has and is committed to having a great working from Home Culture. The org is flat which this is great for Engineers/Technical experts. We are more empowered to make decisions faster. Finally, I am really impressed by the Pay Ratios documented in the Corporate Responsibility Report. Women/Men, Black/African Amercian/White and Hispanic/Latino/ White are all between 99%-101%.

      Cons

      The Company does not allocate budget for free food or team events. Also with the remote work culture, engineers need to be very technically competed, and so you are not it will be difficult for you.

      Pros

      CEO not only has great vision but also wisdom, I enjoy Nvidia's culture created by him. Co-workers and managers are extremely helpful and work on the issue immediately instead of letting it expand. Best company and CEO in the world.

      Cons

      I don't really have chance to see coworkers--the most persons show up are for quarterly updates/Happy Hours (which may be a pro too)

      Pros

      Post-pandemic, NVIDIA still has great support for working from home. At HQ people seem to come in ~3 days a week and that works well for many people.

      Cons

      Being remote means you miss out on a lot of things. Hard to legislate ways around that. It just happens.
