- inspiring CEO - highly talented people - great compensation plan with RSUs and ESPP that paid off big time

Cons

- some orgs are stuck in a legacy working mode, with highly territorial managers, overhead that crawls everything down to a stop, and low morale among employees - some people are clearly just tagging along waiting for their RSUs to vest, but not contributing much or trying very hard.

- Upper management is very trustworthy & sticks to their word - Friendly & collegial culture - Well positioned in AI landscape - Good recent stock performance - Flexible working arrangements (including fully remote / WFH) - Supportive management - Good WLB, which is taken seriously

Cons

- Objectives may shift sharply from quarter to quarter - Career development & promotion criteria are unclear - Compensation plateaus quickly - Diversity could be improved (almost everybody Asian or white)
