Pros

Talented people, friendly people, high energy, fast paced, great benefits, generous pay, excellent learning possibilities, fun place to work. they make sure you have the tools to do your job well. I love the culture, they heavily promote charity work, which I admire.

Cons

Not a fan of unlimited PTO. As a new employee, feel funny about asking for PTO where you have nothing accrued and you are still trying to prove yourself to the company. My last job transitioned to this method of PTO as well and I didn't like it there either.

Cons

Lack of creativity in crossover fields. Always the same robots, cars, physics and water. Male dominated culture. Great at hardware not so great at software.
