Nothing worth commenting on, some colleagues are pretty friendly

Cons

The worst manager I met in my life, knows nothing but people managing skills; why would talented people want to work for a guy who treats you like a slave? No dignity at all has to write you daily report every day and sum up total working hours per day. Nonsense

- Top-tier compensation, and excellent benefits (including quarterly credits from our gear store). - Interesting, cutting-edge work. - In a long career, this is the first time my manager devotes some time to discuss career development during our 1:1's.

Cons

- Some processes in place slow-down fellow engineers' productivity and speed of development. Not so much a con as an observation regarding the pace of work typical of a large, mature company.

* Most technically challenging work I've done. * Excellent co-workers. Many masters of their respective fields. * Great leadership culture. * There's a bit of a cult of personality around the CEO. Once you hear him speak you'll know why.

Cons

* Skews male heavy. However, very diverse background otherwise. * Big company problems. A lot of tribal knowledge with out of date documentation. * You need to hunt down HR to get anything done.
