      Pros

      I joined NVIDIA four months ago. My engineering manager is very friendly and supportive. Coworkers are very friendly and productive. The job description is very clear so that every body knows which area you are working on. You feel like your working to invent a cutting edge technology. I am very happy to work for Nvidia. In addition, they pay very well.

      I do not see any cons yet. Maybe because I am new.

      Pros

      - Work with the latest and greatest gaming technologies. - Work with all the top software developers in the industry. - Work everyday on interesting and challenging tasks. - Great employee compensation and benefits. - Very warm and friendly work environment. - Fun company team events. - Great work desk, chairs and latest computers to work on.

      Cons

      - Some benefits in Toronto, Canada office don't match that of workers in USA. Ex. No matching CDN RRSP contribution benefits to match the USA 401k equivalent. - No direct employee discounts on GPUs. Only NVIDIA $$$ in gear store that don't yet benefit Canadian employees due to heavy shipping and customs tariffs.

      People: Cambridge full of very professional, very skilled, very knowledgeable engineers with may years of invaluable experience.

      Cons

      Culture: American culture crept in as NVIDIA had bought the company which employed me. Valued immediate results rather than potential in a niche market.
