Pros
Cutting edge technology. There are many smart people around me and a lot of learning opportunities. The benefit is getting better every year.
Cons
Work life balance is a problem some times, but not more than typical Silicon Valley companies. There is no cash bonus. RSU are available only for higher rank positions.
