The push to approve fraudulent and ineligible mortgages is how the volume of approved applications and construction starts keep the stock price up. If a sweep audit was done of their pipelines, there would be severe penalties or a shut down.

Long hours, incompetent management, toxic workplace culture, in office employees act like they are better than employees in the field. always trying to cut costs yet they continue to boast about record profits each year. Some managers are known to have anger issues. Nvr has had them go through anger management training but continue to protect them. Zero diversity
