Hostile work environment from company, vendors and customers. If a customer has a problem with you, then you are wrong and should correct yourself. Money is the only objective. Management. Worst case of micromanaging. Never promote within, and will sell you a dream about becoming a LO, and it will never happen. Loan processors are over worked with impossible targets to hit, while the LOs don’t do anything.
