Pros
Was easy to get hired. Most of my coworkers were friendly and supportive.
Cons
Terrible management. The expectation of workload was unreasonable in the time constraints allowed, and I'm a very efficient worker. There was a "zero tolerance policy" for errors, despite managers pressuring employees to push work through to get it done. And you weren't allowed to work late even if you were willing and needed the time to get things done correctly.
