NVR Mortgage: Some of the people here are very friendly and make up for the unprofessional behavior of others. NVR is a stable company that will most likely be around for a good while.

Cons

NVR Mortgage: This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. The management team is compiled of people with no prior management experience who tend to bully their employees. There is a lot of back stabbing, belittling, victimizing, and even ridiculing from the management team. There have been a few of us who have gone to one of them for help, only to find that they make fun of us behind our backs. There is no leadership here and no professionalism. Career growth is also very limited.

Cons

Long list, but really is unbelievable this is an actual company. Very cheap employer that does not offer sick time, makes you beg for vacation time, does not pay for OT but forces employees to work 50+ hour weeks or threatens to fire them. Clueless managers who were only promoted because they were terrible processors. CEO is a very bizarre guy who makes inappropriate jokes/comments. Underwriting has no clue what they are doing. Just.Don't.

None- I have been with NVR for several years seeing the same cycle repeat itself every year. A ton of people out and a ton of people in. The same applys to the managers they only last about a year.

Cons

The only people that stay are thoes that are afraid of changes or just are yes people because the pay is higher than standard. They have been reported more than once in not paying for overtime but if you want to keep your job you have to work on your own time to meet there metrics...they gladly give out laptops.The manager now is very poor and trys to intimadate,belittle and nothing is ever enough. He trys to use sports & foul inappropriate videos as mortgages tools??? Read the review all of them form buiding the house where the foreman state they are forced to use cheap product...it starts at the top and this company fails in all areas! On my way out!!
