Pros

One of the best things about working at NWTS is the customers. Our customers understand the value we bring and treat us as partners. This allows us to implement rock solid solutions utilizing the latest technologies. because of the wide range of customers we get to work with many different technologies. Another great thing about NWTS is that we are given everything we need to perform the job in the way of tools, software, and support.

Cons

In an ever changing technology landscape communication can be difficult at time.

Pros

Always changing. NW Technology is always adapting with the changes of technology to provide the latest technology to the customers. The technicians care about the customers and we have a great team of people to take care of any challenges our customers need. Great Benefits. Good hours. Provides the technology needed to do your job. Room for growth.

Cons

Changes do not come easy to everyone. This field requires the techs to always be looking to educate themselves and learn more.

Pros

Owner is ethical and truly cares about the employees. Good insurance benefits: the company asks the employees for input on what is important to them. The company just expanded their office and they are ready to grow. NW Technology is an important business for the local economy and provides great jobs for the students of BTC and WWU.

Cons

The help desk can have a high turn over. I'm not sure if it is boring or if people just become frustrated with having to ask the same questions. Not everyone is suited to customer service. However, if you start at the help desk and do a good job and show a willingness to learn, I have seen people move up into engineering positions.
