      Great benefits including 401K with company match. Stock purchasing options. Plenty of opportunities for promotion. Work with industry leading equipment and technology.

      Cons

      Lower management has a tribal culture. Although there is advancement opportunity, if you don't fall in to the click they will do whatever it takes to see you fail. If you work hard and have a bad day that's what they will remember about you. They are completely fine with going off he said she said information. Management has a perception is reality mentality. Personally witnessed 2 colleges pick on 3 temporary associates to get them to quit because they did not like what they were wearing to work. I reported this to my superior and it went ignored.
