      Pros

      currently the company is a great place to work, there is a good atmosphere and employees are generally knowledgeable when it comes to their skill set within the factory.

      Cons

      there are changes on the horizon. there is a recent drive to get costs very low across the company. i feel, along with many others that this may lead to some rough waters for employees.
