      1. For fresh graduates, being in the NPI team provides steep learning curve and allows adequate career growth for the first 3 years. 2. Since NPI team is under Business Line, flexibility is offered to work remotely twice a week. 3. Compensation and increment are promised annually based on your performance throughout the year.

      1. Difficult to advance since seniors are loyal to the company, little to no gap for promotions unless experienced and an SME. 2. Might not be compensated based on the company's performance in the industry, and it is a highly competitive industry.
