      Pros

      You will be prepared for anything that comes your way. The job gets you ready to work alone and you will get a full understanding of what it means to work in a lean manufacturing environment. You have a great sense of what great leadership is and the philosophy of it.

      Cons

      Short lived work. I was just getting use to working here when they decided to go in a different direction with employment options.
