Lousy organization who is passed its prime.

Pros

None, there is no pros. The company is not worth joining or staying at.

Cons

Cheap lousy organization, full of lousy incompetent middle managers who only monkey their superiors to go up the ladder. Terrible place if you are educated and experienced. Since recently, it has started to merge with other even more lousy organization in despair hope to grow.

Company with no clear strategy beyond being acquired

Pros

Flexible time management, good camaraderie between employees.

Cons

Very weak upper management team (down to SVP level) with continuous focus on the short term to justify the lack of strategy. Significant lack of accountability of key individuals resulting in extremely weak execution. The future looks very gloomy. Attrition is high in May 2018.
