Romania Branch does not care about it's employees

Neah, just a plain job, doesn't live up to the hype.
Cons
Bosses think they own you and if you don't like it, leave. Project management is almost non-existent, everything is done chaotically, nobody takes responsibility and feedback is always ignored, unless you praise the local management. If you ever had a job in another company, then you are considered an enemy by most of the colleagues as the majority only worked for NXP and they don't know any better. Antiquated value system based on what grades you had while in school/faculty. They hire more and more contractors because of the bad local reputation. Even contractors are starting to leave and avoid this workplace. Must stay at work (as in in the building) for at least 9 hours a day.
