      Pros

      Flexible timings. Office location is good. Good place if you want to chill and are not bothered about the quality of work and learning. You can chill until retirement.

      Cons

      Below average hike. Average compensation. No growth. No Learning. No appreciation of work. Dumb non-quality work. A lot of internal politics between teams. Mediocre thinking. Pathetic recreational and gym facilities. For T&O Org : No proper budget for team lunch and outings. Miser management. Long working hours. Dumb non-quality work.
