      great health care benefits and good work life benefites

      Cons

      Spend more time in consolidation activities after multiple merger and acquisitions than on innovation activities/projects. High stress environment. US employees now report to mostly to management in the Netherlands.

      1) Great Learning Atmosphere for Fresher's 2) Good opputunities to grow in various domain 3) Lot of focus on bringing fresh minds.

      Cons

      1) Workload may be distributed unevenly between team members 2) Very few leads remain which have sound technical knowledge. Some senior team members seem to just pass their time. 3) Recognition for work is common in the first 2-3 years.
