      Extreme opportunities to learn, shoulder lead responsibilities, interface around the world, participate in challenging projects

      Cons

      Some management policies are not good. The test engineering team is held responsible for delays on a project attributed from other engineering teams that holds up the major milestone events in a project.

      Colleagues are Friendly, working hard, and very smart. Highly likely growing company. The working pace is reasonable.

      The management teams care nothing but money. And benefits and compensations are quite disappointing.

      Pros

      NXP has provided a very good work environment for over 10 years. Automotive division is very strong. Professional work environment Customers like NXP because we are reliable.

      Cons

      Current direction is unclear due to the Investment firm equity groups that are linked to the company. General cuts across the board have made plenty of work for the rest of the employees. Strategic hiring may be the result of the general cuts.
