      Pros

      Good work life balance and flexible work hours. But this can depend greatly on your manager. Exciting technology and challenging work tasks. Excellent benefits and vacation time policies, though possible to lose PTO if you aren't able to take it due to tight schedules. Senior management seems to be steering us in the right directions.

      Cons

      Possible to lose PTO time. Upcoming merger raises lots of unknowns for next year.
