      Great people (who are left) on FAE and Sales team Great Legacy of Motorola and Freescale

      Cons

      No value placed on sales or FAE teams Huge cuts have left no one to support key customers Management team appears clueless regarding what is needed to be successful and grow the business. NXP purchased Freescale Semiconductor, but dismantled all that had been grown over many years.
