Pros

- Flex time - Work at home - Comfortable offices - Not much pressure

Cons

- Boring place for software developers - Cost oriented (the cheaper the better) - You have the worst of startups and big corporations. Very limited resources and a bunch of bureaucracy even for the simplest things. - Salaries are at least 50% less than other companies in the area. (Due to currency devaluation) - After the merger of Freescale and NXP, the company stops attracting talented people. - If you are in an irrelevant location, chances of growing in your career are seriously affected.

Pros

They have some amazing benefits and offer reasonable deductions

Cons

Management International Very strict to adhere to rules and processes not employee driven but rather results and money. No matter what the costs.
