      1.Good environment (flexible) but lately the management has different approach. More stringent on coming in and out. 2. Fair medical benefits by AIA 3. Fair facilities - upgraded cafe looks nice, not so cheap though. Surau and gym need more upgrade, 4. Provide Life Coach service - to talk to motivational speaker, about almost everything
