      Pros

      - Very important in my opinion: very friendly people! - Cool manager and a lot to learn from him - Everybody was quite well skilled in what they did - Decent work life - Flexible work hours - You could work from home - Friendly atmosphere - Decent workstations and a lot of office space - Bonuses were spread over a few years

      Cons

      - LOW PAY!! - NO CAREER OPPORTUNITIES!! - The site was quite hard to reach - Too much politics
