Experienced teams, Good team environment depending on the team. Fair salary.
Cons
Lots of restructuring and "synergizing" going on. Trying to cut costs everywhere. Apply if you're desperate. It can go either way. But there are several cases where people have been laid off just after a year or so. This is especially tough for new grads since0 its hard to find a new job without much experience. Many of them have had to go back to school.
