      Used to be good, still number one suppler on cellular base station power devices.

      Business is going down. Managers just care about politics, everybody knows that some projects are going nowhere, like microwave heating.

      Pros

      before 2010 NXP is good and everything on good direction. We all focus the a quality outputs.

      Cons

      after 2011 everything in wrong directions.. Too many racists issue.. HOD and MM not working as a professional.. Didn't know how to manage the people.. Too many Customer Complaints.. They not seriuos interm of the global. The Malay HOD didnt know how to run the production and he not firm as a HOD.
