      Multinational with good results for now, financial activities guided by the largest banks. Management knows how to get rid of unsecured debt. Good relations with governments.

      Cons

      Constantly re-organizing, giving acquisitions too little time. always looking to divest low margin activities, policy to move activities out of Europe, no long term career prospects, forced distribution for appraisals.
