      Great Merger Great Opportunities

      Pros

      NXP has merged with Freescale which creates more and more great opportunities. There is also a very strong spirit of entrepreneurship here. I don't feel hierarchy within the company. Young people are able to show and grow their talent.

      Cons

      Influenced by the old Philips culture, the original NXP part still keeps the traditional way of working. People take their role as life-time job. Average age is high. But young people can really learn a lot from abundant senior experts.
