      Pros

      Never a dull moment. From a dull semiconductor giant with huge debt to one of the faster growing companies in only 5 years

      Cons

      The dynamic nature of the organisation makes that in the past years quite a few came people and left the company. This limits the 'family' feeling.

      NXP, founded by Philips has inherited the good things from it's mother company

      Pros

      Training possibilities. Management communication sessions are clear and thorough. Technically sound way of working, because quality is the main driver.

      Cons

      A lot of meetings tend to keep people from the actual work, if one is not keen on that. Since the time that Philips is no longer involved in the company, the company has become much smaller. A lot of useful central departments, like the library have dissapeared.
