Pros

- Technologically deep - Getting to be a strong business oriented culture - thanks to PE ownership - Focusing on markets which fit the european mindset now - Good people orientation (till 2010 - not sure now) - Good work life balance (till 2010 - not sure now)

Cons

- Europe centric decision making, lots of power point paper tigers - PE ownership has destroyed a lot of the old culture and values of the company - Any cuts always get made in USA first and Europe second - PEs constantly meddle at corporate HQ with new ideas and initiatives leading to lots of overload

Pros

Big budgets. Lot of great opportunities to make a different. Good products.

Cons

Too many people (contractors and employees). Slow moving and slow to adopt to changes. Two many old processes. Too many issues that should not have happened. Run by finance team.
