Too much of politics, favourism.

Soul-less owners (KKR). They will sell and do anything to maximize profits. They say they care about employees but their actions speak louder than words. Employees mean nothing unless you can maximize their profits and you are gone the second your usefulness is complete. They will not even match 401K benefits even though they made a profit. There is no job opportunity nor training budget. At least Philips made good profits with a soul.
