      good team spirit with peers but no true industrial development

      Pros

      I think that NXP is a good place to work with talented people an develop good skills in design with a quite large panel of activities.

      Cons

      Technical people, work is not enough recognised. NXP don't know how to attract and retain gifted workers. tecnical employees are not payed enought.

      Fun-friendly people; challenging and busy work environment; for the most part, have the required tools to do my work well;

      Cons

      the salary and benefits could be better; company needs to offer ESPP and options to be competitive in Silicon Valley
